Visual Concepts is looking for a fulltime web programmer to join our growing multimedia team. The ideal candidate should possess a college degree (Associate's or BS) in computer science and must be a multi-tasking, team player, as well as an effective communicator with good listening skills. The ability to articulate IT related subjects to a non-IT savvy audience is critical.

The right candidate will handle:

• Full life cycle development (new front end development, design, implementation)
• Programming of websites based on Adobe Photoshop .PSD files utilizing HTML, PHP, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, Flash and ActionScript

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• HTML, CSS, DHTML, and AJAX
• Object Oriented Programming using PHP (at least two to three years of experience working in this language)
• MySQL databases
• Photoshop, Flash
• Flash Actionscript
• XML
• Cross-browser design issues and the ability to optimize pages for minimal load times.
